Browns Case Management Covid-19 Statement - 24th March 2020
During these unsettling times Browns Case Management wishes to reassure you all that we are continuing to provide case management services to our clients. We will continue to deliver the best and most effective service we can to all our clients.
As you will appreciate, we have had to make some adjustments to how we deliver our services in line with recommendations from the Government, NHS England and Public Health England. We are reviewing this information daily and adapting to the new information as and when it is advised.
Browns Case Management have made steps for case managers to work remotely. We have reduced all non-essential face to face and direct contact meetings and have organised for these to now take place via video calls or telephone conferences, and where this is not possible meetings will rescheduled.
In order to support our most vulnerable clients and their care teams we will complete a risk assessment prior to confirming and essential assessments and we will support all of our clients to follow guidelines in relation to referring to NHS-111, hospitals, social distancing and self-isolation.
Please know that the safety and well being of our clients is our number one priority.
All of the staff at Browns Case Management appreciate your patience and understanding through these unsettling times and may we take this opportunity to extend our support and well wishes to you all.
